1. Research Use Only

All products sold by NorthLabs Peptides are strictly for laboratory and research purposes. By placing an order you confirm that the products will be used solely for in-vitro research, laboratory testing, or other non-clinical, non-therapeutic purposes.

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative application. For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (19+ in British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan) to purchase from NorthLabs Peptides. By placing an order you affirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your province or territory.

3. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction. NorthLabs Peptides makes no representation that the products offered are legal in every jurisdiction.

4. No Medical Claims

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and no product is represented as a treatment, cure, or preventative measure for any condition or disease.NorthLabs Peptides does not endorse or encourage any off-label or unapproved use of any product.

5. Payment — Interac e-Transfer

Orders are completed via Interac e-Transfer. Your order is reserved for 48 hours after placement. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled. Send the exact order total to payments@northlabspeptides.ca and include your order reference in the message field.

6. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Shipping timelines and carriers are provided at the time of dispatch. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. Orders are shipped from Canada.

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories, subject to applicable regulations.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and regulatory requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@northlabspeptides.ca.

8. Limitation of Liability

NorthLabs Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
