- What does 'Research Use Only' mean?
- All products sold by NorthLabs Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not approved for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease.
- How do I pay?
- We accept Interac e-Transfer only. After placing your order you'll receive instructions to send payment to payments@northlabspeptides.ca. Include your order reference in the message field so we can match your payment quickly.
- How long until my order ships?
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timelines by region.
- Do you ship outside Canada?
- No. We ship within Canada only at this time.
- Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a product?
- Each product page includes a link to download the third-party COA. COAs are provided by independent laboratories and verify purity and identity via HPLC. If a COA is not yet listed, contact us and we'll send it directly.
- How should I store peptides?
- Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, −20°C is recommended. Refer to the product-specific COA for detailed stability data.
- Are your products manufactured in Canada?
- We are a Canadian-owned and operated business. We source from accredited manufacturers and verify product quality through third-party testing. Specific country-of-origin information is available on request.
- Can I return a product?
- All sales are final due to the nature of research chemicals. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
